Exchange / Returns

Please note that all items are pre-loved and range in condition from 'good' through to 'as new' condition.

We will not sell items that do not meet at least a 'good' condition, however in making a purchase parents/carers must accept that the item may have some wear.

Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items returned must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.  We reserve the right to refuse goods if the items are not returned in the same condition as purchased.

Enquiries relating to exchanges or returns should be emailed to shop@bellerive.org and we will normally respond within 48 hours during term time.
